1. Shipping Address Accuracy
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details — including street name, number, apartment/unit, postal code, and any additional delivery instructions — are accurate and complete before confirming the purchase.
Based is not liable for delivery issues, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information submitted at checkout.
2. Delivery Attempts & Recipient Responsibility
The designated carrier will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel may be redirected to the nearest postal facility for pickup. The recipient must collect the package within seven (7) consecutive days. Failure to retrieve the package within this timeframe may result in the order being returned to the sender.
If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts or non-collection, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
Tracking information and pickup location details can be verified using the tracking number sent to the email provided at checkout.
3. Incorrect or Insufficient Address Information
If an order is undeliverable due to inaccurate or missing address details, the shipment may be returned to our fulfillment center. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
A reshipment fee of $15 (covering logistics, carrier, and handling costs) will apply before the order can be sent again. Orders will not be resent to the same incorrect address.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. During this period, orders are verified, prepared, packaged, and transferred to our shipping partners.
5. Shipping & Tracking Information
Tracking details are typically sent within up to 7 business days after processing. Once shipped, tracking updates may take approximately 5–10 business days to become active, depending on carrier systems and international transit procedures.
Please note that tracking visibility may vary based on destination country and local postal services.
6. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time ranges between 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local postal operations.
While the majority of orders are delivered within 15 business days, shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to external factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or regional disruptions.
7. International Fulfillment
Our products are supplied through certified international fulfillment partners located in Europe and Asia.
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different warehouse locations. In such cases, separate tracking numbers will be provided.
8. Shipping Carriers
Orders are delivered via international and local postal carriers. In certain circumstances — including restricted delivery areas or repeated failed attempts — packages may be made available for pickup at a local postal office.
If a package remains unclaimed beyond the designated holding period, it may be returned to the sender.
